Cantonese Pork (sweet and sour pork)



2 lbs pork steak, cut into strips. (boneless pork chops work well also)
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced into 1 inch strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced into 1 inch strips
1 can pineapple tidbits, with juice
1, 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
1 Tablespoon salt
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Cooked rice

In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Sear pork in oil. Add pork, onion, peppers, tomatoes, and pineapple to a crock pot. Mix brown sugar, vinegar, salt and Worcestershire sauce together, then add to crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Serve over cooked rice.
