Aunt Marcia's Dinner Rolls



5 cups hot water & milk
1 cxup butter
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons salt
4 eggs
3 Tablespoons yeast (instant is best)
14 cups white bread flour (about)

Mix hot water/milk with butter, sugar, salt and eggs. Add 8 cups flour and mix in heavy duty mixer. Add yeast and add remaining four one cup at a time. Let rise until doubled. Purnch down and make into rolls (about large egg size) Let rise until doubled. Bake 335-350 for 25+ minutes. Should make about 5 dozen rolls.
