This recipe comes from Kari and Tiff's mom, Judy Flemming. Children love it and so do I but it's been a while since I made it and this is coming completely from memory. We may have to edit it.
Ingredients:
8 medium boiled potatoes, peeled and sliced
8 hot dogs, sliced into rounds and cooked in fry pan
1 can green beans
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Milk (about 1 soup can)
1/2 pound bacon, sliced and cooked
To prepare:
Grease the bottom of a 9"13" pan
Put half the potatoes in a layer to cover bottom of pan
Layer with hot dogs
Add green beans on top of hot dogs
Top with the remaining half of the potatoes
Mix 2 cans of mushroom soup with milk and pour evenly over casserole
Top with bacon and cook at 350 degrees until bubbly.
